About this file
This document is a Pricing Form B for the Statewide Automated Victims Notification Services (SAVNS) RFO issued by the Office of the Attorney General, Crime Victim Services Division, for the State of Texas. The RFO solicits services from a single or multiple vendors to develop, implement, and execute a statewide automated victim notification system. Responses are due by July 18, 2024, at 3 pm (Central Time), and Roxanne D. Koltermann is the sole point of contact for inquiries. The pricing form requires proposers to provide costs per entity for implementation, maintenance, and interface for both jails and courts, as well as recurring monthly service fees, training prices, and promotion prices. Proposers must also provide detailed documentation to support their pricing model. Additional services, such as conversion from previous notification systems, modifications to the standard SAVNS, and interfaces to the participating entity's legacy applications, must be priced on an hourly fee or other basis.
The document includes a list of all Texas participating and potential participating entities for which the SAVNS services are required. The pricing model must be provided for both participating and potential entities. Non-certified proposers are required to use the implementation/transition category to indicate their pricing model for costs to convert from the current system to the new proposed system.
