Cell4: In section 7.1.3, page 12 of 41, Services Outside Regular Business Hours, it states there is a section within exhibit C – pricing sheet to account for service rates outside regular business hours but there isn’t. Will we need to add a separate line for that cost? Also, is there a separate rate we need to add for being on call 24/7?
Cell4: Can we schedule a time to assess the current equipment to see the condition it is in?
Cell4: If there is an emergency and we do need to send someone out and equipment needs to be replaced immediately or work needs to be completed, how do we go about doing that? Is there a hospital standard for ordering parts/equipment?
Cell4: What types of water treatment systems are currently installed?
Cell4: How old are the units that are on property?
Cell4: Exactly what type of equipment maintenance is the hospital looking for? Preventive maintenance and repairs? Repairs only?
