About this file
This Equipment Summary document supports Seminole County's security access control repair and maintenance Master Services Agreement in Florida. The summary outlines the scope of security infrastructure across 70 county facilities distributed countywide that will require ongoing maintenance and repair services. The equipment inventory includes 745 badge readers, 337 cameras, and 47 gate operators, with additional systems comprising servers, security workstations, controllers, electrified door locking mechanisms, perimeter fencing, gates, and network equipment. The contractor selected through this solicitation will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, refurbishing, and constructing physical and electronic security projects across Seminole County buildings and facilities. Specific facility locations will be provided to the winning contractor following contract execution.
The contractor will furnish all necessary parts, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to calibrate, maintain, construct, and install security systems. Technical and programming services are required to maintain and optimize security databases and systems throughout the county. The equipment summary serves as a baseline for bidders to prepare proposals, though the actual scope of work will encompass broader maintenance and repair obligations beyond the listed equipment inventory.
