About this file

This document is an Enclosure to a Solicitation for Offers (SFO) for a land lease in Washington state. The U.S. Government seeks to lease a property between 0.36 and 1 acre located within Vancouver, Salmon Creek, Ridgefield, or Woodland, or within 0.5 miles of I-5 or I-205. The required site must accommodate a 2,900 square foot modular structure, include 4,000 square feet of fenced parking, and 9,100 square feet of general parking, with access to utility services.

The lease terms are for five years, with one year firm and four optional renewal years. The government can renew with 30 days' notice, while the lessor can terminate with 365 days' notice. Special considerations include evaluating vehicular access, property history, development compatibility, and the landlord's willingness to lease. The property must also allow government personnel and contractors right-of-entry for suitability investigations, including potential subsurface examinations. The solicitation number is DACW57-5-26-0025, indicating this is likely a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers procurement.
