About this file

This is an Employee Acknowledgment of Employer form related to the County of Orange, Probation Department's request for proposals for Educational Courses and Services in California. The form serves as an exhibit to the solicitation and establishes the employment relationship between service providers and their contracting entities. The document clarifies that employees working under this contract are employed by the contractor firm, not by the County of Orange, and that all legally required employee benefits and compensation remain the sole responsibility of the contractor.

The form ensures that the County of Orange assumes no liability for payment of salaries, wages, benefits, or other compensation to employees providing services under this contract. This acknowledgment protects the County from employment-related obligations and establishes clear delineation of employer responsibilities between the County and the selected contractor. Employees are required to print their name and provide a signature on the form, confirming their understanding of these employment relationship terms.
