About this file
This file contains instructions from the City of Detroit for completing a Professional Rate Schedule as part of an Emergency Residential Demolition procurement for 1960 Clements in Michigan. Respondents must submit business and contact information along with unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, regulated and non-regulated trucking, and asbestos-containing material and construction debris disposal) and Backfill, Grade, and Site Finalization (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, and backfill and topfill materials). All highlighted cells on the Professional Rate Schedule must be completed with mean (average) unit rates per the specified unit of measure.
The City of Detroit requires that respondents provide only single mean per-unit values without ranges, qualifications, or alternate unit types, with any blank rate fields rendering the submission potentially incomplete and non-responsive. The municipality reserves the right to question or request clarification on any submitted unit rate within twenty-four hours, and completion of the Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute City acceptance of the rates provided. Respondents should reference the applicable Scope of Services for clarification on service type definitions or contact the City of Detroit directly for guidance.
