About this file
This document provides professional rate schedule instructions for EMG (Emergency Management Group) related to an emergency residential demolition project at 11683 Greenview in Michigan. The file establishes the framework for how EMG contractors should structure and submit their professional service rates for this emergency demolition work. The instructions outline the methodology for calculating labor rates, overhead costs, and other direct costs that contractors must follow when preparing proposals or invoices for services rendered on this project.
