About this file
This document is an instruction guide for completing the Emergency Professional Rate Schedule for the City of Detroit's Emergency Residential Demolition project at 14053 Liberal Boulevard, Buildings 101 & 102 in Michigan. Respondents must complete all required business and contact information and provide unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (which includes Administration, Supervisor, Laborer, Equipment, Regulated and Non-Regulated Material Trucking, and Asbestos Containing Material and Construction & Demolition Material Disposal) and Backfill, Grade, & Site Finalization (which includes Administration, Supervisor, Laborer, Equipment, Backfill Material, and Topfill Material). All highlighted cells in the rate schedule must be completed with corresponding dollar values per unit type as specified in the Scope of Services.
Respondents must submit rates as a mean or average per unit of measure and may not express values as ranges, include qualifying notes, use alternate unit types, or leave any rate fields blank. The City of Detroit reserves the right to deem incomplete or non-responsive any submissions that do not comply with these formatting requirements and may request clarification on any submitted unit rate within a twenty-four-hour response window. Submission of a completed Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute the City's acceptance of the proposed unit rates. Respondents should consult the applicable Scope of Services or contact the City of Detroit directly for clarification on specific service type definitions and requirements.
