About this file

This document is an instruction guide for completing the Emergency Professional Rate Schedule for the City of Detroit. Respondents must complete all business and contact information and provide unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (including administration, supervision, labor, equipment, regulated and non-regulated material trucking, and disposal of asbestos-containing and construction/demolition materials) and Backfill, Grade, & Site Finalization (including administration, supervision, labor, equipment, and backfill and topfill materials). Respondents are required to refer to the applicable Scope of Services for clarification on service types and may contact the City of Detroit for additional guidance.

All highlighted cells in the Professional Rate Schedule must be completed with a single mean (average) unit rate per measure (such as hourly rates). The City of Detroit will consider rate sheets incomplete and non-responsive if they contain rate ranges, qualifying notes or text, alternate unit types, or blank unit rate fields. The City reserves the right to request clarification on any submitted unit rate within twenty-four hours of request, and completion of the Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute acceptance of the proposed rates.
