About this file

This is an instruction document for completing the Emergency Professional Rate Schedule issued by the City of Detroit, Michigan for emergency residential demolition services at 11021 Wilshire. Respondents must complete the Professional Rate Schedule by entering unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (which includes administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, regulated and non-regulated material trucking, and disposal of asbestos-containing and construction/demolition materials) and Backfill, Grade, and Site Finalization (which includes administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, backfill material, and topfill material). All highlighted cells in the rate schedule must be completed with information corresponding to the specified unit types.

Respondents must enter a single mean or average unit rate per measure (such as hourly rates) and cannot submit rates as ranges, include qualifying notes, propose alternate unit types, or leave any unit rate fields blank. The City of Detroit reserves the right to deem submissions incomplete or non-responsive if these requirements are not met, and may request clarification on any submitted unit rate within twenty-four hours. Completion of the Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute City acceptance of the quoted rates. Respondents should refer to the applicable Scope of Services for additional clarification on service type definitions or contact the City of Detroit directly with questions.
