About this file
This is a Professional Rate Schedule instruction document issued by the City of Detroit for an Emergency Residential Demolition project located at 9501 Greensboro in Michigan. Respondents are required to submit completed rate schedules with unit pricing for two primary service categories: Demolition (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, regulated and non-regulated trucking, and disposal of asbestos-containing and construction/demolition materials) and Backfill, Grade, and Site Finalization (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, and backfill and topfill materials). All respondents must complete business and contact information and provide pricing for every highlighted cell in the rate schedule; failure to do so may result in the submission being deemed incomplete or non-responsive.
The City of Detroit requires that all unit rates be submitted as a single mean value per unit of measure rather than ranges, without qualifying notes or text, and using only the specified unit types without substitution. Respondents must enter rates into every required field, and the City reserves the right to question or request clarification on any submitted unit rate within twenty-four hours. Completion of the Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute automatic acceptance by the City of Detroit of the proposed unit rates. Respondents should refer to the applicable Scope of Services for clarification on service types and may contact the City of Detroit directly with questions regarding the rate schedule requirements.
