Respondents must complete all business and contact information and submit unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (which includes administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, regulated and non-regulated trucking, and asbestos-containing material and construction debris disposal) and Backfill, Grade, & Site Finalization (which includes administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, backfill material, and topfill material). All highlighted cells on the rate schedule must be completed with dollar values corresponding to the specified unit types.

Completion of the Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute acceptance by the City of Detroit of the proposed rates, reserving the right to evaluate and potentially negotiate the pricing before final award.
