About this file
The document provided is a Question and Answer Set 2 related to the Illinois Secretary of State (ILSOS) Court of Claim Electronic Filing Management and Case Management Software procurement. This procurement is for an electronic filing manager (EFM) service to facilitate e-Filing and case management for court administration purposes. ILSOS is seeking a vendor that can provide and maintain a FedRAMP Cloud, online service portal to allow users to file new cases electronically, identify and sort case-specific information, and receive notifications when e-filed documents are received or updated. The current environment utilizes a legacy system, with customer filings performed via paper through mail or walk-in, and all parties served via paper/mail. The procurement has 58 identified internal and external users that will require access to the new system.
The procurement does not involve a data migration from the existing legacy system. ILSOS currently charges filing fees for certain claims. Vendors must be able to meet the requirements outlined in the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) document. No additional details are provided regarding pricing terms, set-asides, funding requirements or sources, or the contract term and renewal options.
