2. Contract term for base contract award stated initial requirement in 2010 was to manage a database of 15 billion records with an anticipated annual increase of 2-4 billion records. The actual average has been 3 billion per year, resulting in 24 billion records after 3 years. The base contract also includes the requirements for website and customer service services (Part II & III) to support the database.
