About this file
This document details prevailing wage requirements for contractors working on projects governed by Section 4115.071 of the Ohio Revised Code. All general contractors, design-builders, and construction managers are required to electronically submit comprehensive documentation through the eComply Solutions Labor Compliance Software platform. A mandatory training webinar is required before project assignment, and contractors will not be permitted to begin work until the webinar is completed. The documentation requirements apply to both general contractors and subcontractors and include multiple forms such as payroll schedules, wage notifications, fringe benefit statements, certified payrolls, and various affidavits.
The document specifies strict submission protocols for documentation, with specific guidelines for payroll reporting based on project duration. Projects exceeding four months can submit reports monthly after the initial submission, while projects under four months require weekly submissions. Failure to comply with these documentation requirements may result in contract payment stoppage. Contractors are explicitly responsible for ensuring their subcontractors' compliance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4115 requirements. Support for the eComply system is available via phone at (855) 496-9526 or email at support@ecomplysolutions.com, with the website located at https://odnr.ecomply.us.
