About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines a contract for genset alternator inspections at Eareckson Air Station (EAS) in Alaska. The project requires a contractor to disassemble, inspect, and reassemble alternators on four specific gensets (NKB00320, NKB00317, NKB00315, NKB00316) in compliance with Kato Engineering Manual and UFC 3-540-07 standards. The contractor must perform voltage checks, conduct a load test if necessary, document inspection findings, and provide photographic evidence of the inspections.
Key requirements include providing all materials, equipment, labor, and transportation, adhering to safety regulations, and completing the work by 31 December 2025. The contractor must submit an Integrated Master Schedule within 30 days of award, provide weekly progress reports, and submit all project close-out documentation within 10 days of inspection completion. The project is managed by the 611th CES Squadron, with the contractor expected to coordinate with the Base Operations Support (BOS) contractor for potential engine disassembly support as outlined in the EAS Base Support Letter.
