About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) for the Southeast Asia Regional Training Project. DTRA is seeking capability statements from interested companies to assist in market research efforts for potential future solicitations related to providing sustainable training to Southeast Asia partner nations on chemical security. The RFI outlines the scope of the requirement, which includes assessment, development, delivery, and evaluation of training on topics such as regulatory/legislative development, site and transportation security, CONOPS/SOP development, capability assessments, and technical training for field sampling and laboratory forensics. Responses are due by October 7, 2024, and should include company information, capability statements, and responses to specific questions regarding experience, qualifications, staffing, and risk mitigation. DTRA is particularly interested in promoting small business participation in this effort. Responses will be used to inform the government's market research and acquisition strategy, but do not constitute an offer or bind the government to any future contract.
