A contractor provided archeological monitor is required to be on-site during any ground disturbing activities on Option X from Station 205+00 to 207+00. Do not begin any work associated with these operations prior to obtaining BLM approval of the qualified biologist for the biological monitoring work. Clearly flag or similarly mark all project work areas at the outer boundaries to define the limit of work activities. All construction and restoration workers must restrict their activities and vehicles to areas that have been flagged to eliminate adverse impacts to the FTHL and its habitat. All workers must be instructed that their activities are restricted to flagged and cleared areas.
