About this file

This document is a Past/Present Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for the Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) program at Aviano Air Base in Italy. The PPQ is designed to evaluate a contractor's performance across multiple dimensions, including project management, technical performance, safety/labor compliance, customer satisfaction, change and cost control management, and quality control program. The evaluation uses a rating scale from Exceptional (E) to Unsatisfactory (U), with most ratings in this draft document being Satisfactory (S).

The MACC program covers a broad range of design-build, maintenance, alteration, repair, renovation, and minor construction projects affecting real property. The questionnaire is to be completed by a previous client or contracting officer and submitted directly to specific points of contact at the 31st Contracting Squadron (31 CONS), with a deadline of 30-Apr-2025. The evaluation covers various aspects of contractor performance, such as adherence to technical requirements, submission of documents, safety compliance, customer interactions, cost management, and overall quality control, providing a comprehensive assessment for future contract considerations.
