About this file
This document is a Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for a Real Estate Information Subscription Service for the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Security and Administration Services Office, Real Estate Management Division (REMD). The SOW seeks to acquire a web-based construction cost estimating software with a comprehensive database covering U.S. construction pricing, enabling precise cost estimation, data analysis, projections, and reporting across various building types. The contract specifications include a 12-month base period with a 12-month renewable period, structured as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) subscription service.
The technical requirements mandate that the software provide detailed cost data for different property types, with the ability to search specific square foot pricing across U.S. regions. Additionally, the SOW emphasizes strict compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements, requiring the contractor to provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template. The software must be fully accessible to users with disabilities, conforming to WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA Success Criteria, and supporting interoperability with assistive technologies.
