Staffing requirements include a full-time Program Manager, Site Commander, Operational Supervisors at each screening site, and security guards distributed across operational, surge hour, and special event services. Minimum guard coverage levels will be specified in a quarterly schedule of hours provided by the Government, and the contractor must maintain contingency staffing to meet all requirements without disruption.

Personnel must meet stringent qualification requirements including U.S. citizenship or lawful work authorization, minimum age of 21, valid New York and/or New Jersey security guard licenses appropriate to assigned duty locations, high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience demonstrating customer service, professionalism, and ability to work under stress. The Contractor shall notify the COR at the beginning of the day if unable to meet minimum coverage requirements.

Schedule Deviations When necessary the Government may provide the Contractor with a revision to the Quarterly Schedule of Hours.
