About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the Acquisition Due-In System (ADIS) and Contracting Information Database System (CIDS) contract, specifically DD Form 1423 dated February 2024. The CDRL outlines 15 distinct data deliverables required from the contractor, including:

Key deliverables include a Status Report, Other Direct Costs Report, Technical Report, Project Planning Chart, DoD Architecture Framework Documentation, Engineering Change Proposal, Software Transition Plan, Technical Test Report, Software Installation Plan, Computer Software Product, Vulnerability Scan Compliance Report, Configuration Management Plan, Environmental Safety and Health Plan, and Contractor's Personnel Roster. Each deliverable has specific requirements for format, submission frequency, distribution, and review process. The documents must be compatible with Microsoft Office 2016, submitted electronically, and are subject to government review within 10 calendar days. Most deliverables are marked with Distribution Statement D, indicating they are export-controlled and authorized only for Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors.
