About this file
The document is a Question and Answer (Q&A) Sheet Final for DQ 25-010LH, issued by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) on January 16, 2025, concerning janitorial services at The Divide Building located at the Eisenhower Johnson Memorial Tunnel (EJMT). The Q&A sheet addresses four key inquiries from potential contractors, providing clarity on operational details such as elevator usage for transporting cleaning equipment, equipment provision, and supply management. The document indicates that CDOT is seeking a new janitorial services contractor after the expiration of the previous contract.
The Q&A sheet reveals that CDOT will provide a vacuum and consumable supplies, which will be stored in the downstairs janitor closet. Contractors are permitted to use their own equipment but cannot store it on-site. The document also specifies that the contractor will be responsible for completing an inventory sheet (Appendix C) for the supplies. While the document does not provide specific pricing or contract duration details, it demonstrates CDOT's structured approach to procuring janitorial services, with clear expectations and guidelines for potential service providers.
