The Commonwealth or Department must be named as an additional insured party, and policies must include provisions requiring thirty days' prior written notice for cancellation or changes, or fifteen days' notice for non-payment of premium. Contractors must provide current certificates of insurance to PennDOT and notify the Department of any cancellation at any time.
