About this file
This document is a draft contract exhibits file for the State of Colorado, Department of Revenue, Division of Motor Vehicles, in connection with a hardware queuing contract (Contract Routing # TAA 15/73519) with Marquis ID Systems. The exhibits outline the structure for the statement of work, pricing and rates, contractor's proposal, and option letter provisions. The contract includes a renewal option that allows the State to extend the agreement for an additional term at the same rates specified in the pricing exhibit, with flexibility to adjust the amount of goods and services during the current term or in conjunction with renewal. The document does not specify detailed project timelines, quantities, response dates, or award dates within these exhibits, as they are noted to be modified upon award.
The pricing terms and specific contract values are contained in Exhibit B but are left blank in this draft version, to be populated upon final award. The contract requires approval from the State Controller prior to execution, and the contractor is not authorized to begin performance until the contract is signed and dated. The document includes standard requirements for contractor personnel regarding confidentiality of motor vehicle and driver records under Colorado Revised Statute 42-1-206, with penalties for unauthorized disclosure including treble damages and attorney fees. Additionally, all personnel must execute affidavits certifying non-conflict of interest and commitment to impartial performance in compliance with State and Department procedures and policies.
