About this file
This is a Scope of Work document issued by the State of Nevada, Office of the Military, for the DEM (Department of Emergency Management) Door Hardware Replacement project located at 2478 Fairview Drive, Carson City, Nevada. The project encompasses door and door hardware replacement services across twelve distinct doors and door systems throughout the facility, including exterior doors on the south, west, and north sides of the building, interior doors, specialized rooms (boiler room, electrical room, and fire room), and warehouse doors. The scope specifies detailed work requirements for each door location, including replacement of mortise and hinges, installation of Cal-Royal panic assemblies or lever mechanisms, replacement of closers, jam seals, thresholds, and door sweeps, as well as service and adjustment for proper operation. Door G, the boiler room double door, requires fabrication and installation of a new pair of hollow metal doors constructed from 18-gauge cold-rolled steel with specified performance characteristics. The contractor is responsible for all materials, tools, hardware, labor, and proper disposal of removed materials. Site visits may be scheduled upon request by contacting the Carson City Area Point of Contact. This is a single-project request rather than a long-term maintenance contract, and five-year pricing is not required in bid submissions.
No specific pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding amounts, response dates, or bid due dates are identified in this Scope of Work document. The file does not contain contract award dates or renewal options, as it serves as a work specification document to guide contractor proposals rather than a complete solicitation notice.
