Airborne Imaging Systems for the DEA Aviation Division Issuance Date: July 17, 2013 Due Date: August 7, 2013 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time

Dear Prospective Offeror, You are invited to submit an offer for Airborne Imaging Systems for the DEA Aviation Division.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 336411, Aircraft Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,500 employees. This requirement is a total small business set-aside.

Any questions about this solicitation should be submitted in writing to Eric.Vanderveen@usdoj .gov no later than 2:00 pm Eastern Time on July 26, 20 13. You must reference the solicitation number D-13-HQ-Q-0066 in your e-mail. Answers to questions will be provided under an amendment to the solicitation and posted to FBO prior to submission of offers.

Your offer must be submitted via email to Eric.Vanderveen(a),usdoj.gov no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on August 7, 2013. Late proposals will not be considered. See Attachment 1 for Technical Evaluation Criteria. The technical evaluation factors when combined are significantly more important than Cost/Price; however, as technical becomes more equal, Cost/Price will become more important.

This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of proposals. It is also noted that the Contracting Officer is the only individual who may legally bind the Government.
