About this file

This document is a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to RFP #CV23-116 College Corps Statewide Cohort Experience, issued by the California Volunteers organization. The RFP seeks to identify and award a contract to a qualified and experienced Lead Program Manager/Event Production Agency that will organize a series of in-person (possibly hybrid) events bringing together thousands of college students participating in the College Corps program. The contract period covers two cohorts of College Corps Fellows, with a maximum amount of $1,000,000 available for the project. The proposal deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 22, and all proposals must come in at or under the $1 million funding total, as any proposal over $1 million will be disqualified.

The FAQs also provide clarification on the applicability of the Target Area Contract Preference Act (TACPA) program, the deadline for submitting the Letter of Commitment, and the preferred format for attachments and submissions. Additionally, the document confirms that there are no incumbents to this RFP/contract, and that the Contract does not require the proposers to be under $1 million, but the total award amount will not exceed $1 million.
