The district reserves the right to award the contract to the proposal that best meets its needs rather than to the lowest bidder and may reject any or all bids. Awarded vendors must provide comprehensive insurance coverage, including worker's compensation, employer liability ($1,000,000), commercial general liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence), and automobile liability ($500,000), with the district named as an additional insured.
