Contract Summary
This is an Itemized Service Budget (Exhibit H) for contract CTR079165, a state and local housing support services agreement for homeless youth and families. The contract period extends from the date of last signature through June 30, 2026. The document establishes budget allocations across two primary service codes: YFS (Youth/Families Emergency Shelter) and YFR (Youth/Families Rapid Re-housing).
The contract budget totals $1,102,907.00, with $300,000.00 designated as ADES (Arizona Department of Economic Security) funding. Personnel and employee-related direct service expenses comprise the largest portion at $819,120.00 total cost ($201,499.09 ADES), including 13 full-time equivalent positions: one Case Manager, eight House Support Specialists, one Shelter Manager, and three Shelter Lead Staff positions. Additional budget categories include $38,051.18 for shelter diversion services (ID, bus passes, utilities, deposits, and job readiness), $245,736.00 for indirect costs calculated at 30% of salary and employee-related expenses, and zero allocations for emergency shelter operations, housing vouchers, and rapid rehousing stabilization services. The budget reflects a federally approved indirect cost rate methodology and establishes distinct cost tracking between total contract costs and state-funded ADES costs throughout all service categories.
