Project Name: Eldorado National Forest (ENF) Recreation Site Janitorial Solicitation Number: 127EAS25Q0048

FAC 2025-04 June 11, 2025

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.

(iv) This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720 Janitorial Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $22 million.

Schedule of Items/Price Schedule See Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items. The Schedule of Items is an Excel document with protected formulas for calculating totals. You only need to enter your unit prices and the document will complete the math. Please keep Schedule of Items in Excel format; conversion to PDF or other formats negates the usability of the formulas.

Schedule Notes:

1. Estimated Quantities are based on historic use. Actual use may vary. This contract will be a firm, fixed unit price (per cleaning) with the actual total paid based on actual service provided. The full number of cleaning/dollar amount listed on the award may or may not be used.

2. It is the quoter's responsibility to estimate cost changes over future Option Years and price them accordingly.

3. Performance periods (except Base) are full-year but the expected season of service is May-Oct at most sites.

4. Award may be made by line item. Line items may be awarded to separate contractors. If you wish to quote on an "all or none" basis, or to limit a potential award to you to a minimum number of items, make notes in the boxes indicated below the pricing tables.

5. QUOTE AFFORDABILITY: The Government estimates that the total value of the base plus all option periods is between $300,000.00 and $350,000.00. Quoters should not interpret this range as representing a ceiling or a floor;

rather, this information is provided as a courtesy to prospective quoters. The Government may select a quote for award with a price below, within, or exceeding this range if it finds that quote provides the best value and funds are available.

Description and Location of Requirement
