About this file
This document is a Quoter Compliance Crosswalk template for a cybersecurity training platform procurement. Quoters are required to submit a completed crosswalk that maps their proposed solution to seventeen specific Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements and salient characteristics, identifying compliance status, quotation location references, pricing inclusion, and any exceptions or additional fees.
The solicitation requires a contractor-hosted, browser-accessible Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cyber training platform with a twelve-month subscription including one option period. Key requirements include: a pool of twenty reassignable seats with unlimited seat reassignments among authorized Government users; hands-on laboratories and cyber range exercises; required cybersecurity training disciplines and learning pathways; individual and team-based learning capabilities; a real-time usage and learning analytics dashboard with five-minute refresh capability; dashboard availability with filtering, retention, and CSV/XLSX export functionality; cybersecurity certification preparation and defined assessment benefits; security controls with applicable documentation; Government data ownership with permitted use, export, return, deletion, and certification provisions; security incident notification and cooperation protocols; support hours with severity targets and availability commitments; acceptance testing and correction of nonconforming services; and accessibility, browser, endpoint, and network requirements. The Government intends to use the completed crosswalk, quotation, product documentation, and standardized demonstration or trial access to evaluate compliance against these requirements.
