CRFQ DOT2600000044 Exhibit A Pricing Page.xls

This is a pricing exhibit for a state or local Department of Transportation (DOT) equipment lease/rental contract opportunity (CRFQ DOT2600000044). The contract seeks to establish rental rates for three types of telescoping tree trimming equipment: a rubber-tired 75-foot telescoping tree trimmer, a rubber-tired 55-foot telescoping tree trimmer, and a truck bed-mounted 75-foot telescoping tree trimmer for over-the-road mobility. Acceptable manufacturers include Kershaw, Jarraff, and equivalent alternatives. The pricing schedule requires vendors to provide daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates for equipment without delivery or operator services, as well as delivery fees calculated on a per-mile basis (first mile and additional miles).

The pricing structure distinguishes between equipment offered with and without delivery services. Vendors must submit their proposed rates in the designated format on this exhibit to be considered for award. The contract establishes a standardized pricing methodology to enable DOT to compare equipment rental costs across multiple vendors and mobilization scenarios. Specific response dates, contract terms, renewal options, and award timelines are not included in this pricing exhibit document.
