About this file

This document is an amendment to CPO (Chief Procurement Officer) Notice 2022.05 issued by the Illinois Department of Central Management Services Bureau of Strategic Sourcing. The amendment recognizes that subsequent Executive Orders 2021-22 and 2021-23 supersede Executive Order 2021-20 and extend the date that certain contractors must become vaccinated against COVID-19. The amended COVID-19 Protections clause requires vendors to adhere to the requirements of these Executive Orders as applied by the Agency. Agencies are instructed to notify potential contractors of the issuance of the new Executive Orders and include the amended COVID-19 Protections clause in all solicitations, regardless of procurement method.

The document does not provide any details about a specific contract opportunity. It focuses solely on the amendment to the COVID-19 Protections clause that must be included in all state and local government solicitations in Illinois.
