About this file
This document is a cover letter from the 700th Contracting Squadron providing draft Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) solicitation, FA5613-24-R-0007, for the Department of the Air Force in Germany.
The MACC is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an estimated value between $760 million and $1 billion over a 9-year period, including a 5-year base ordering period and four 12-month option periods. The work will involve design-build, sustainment, maintenance, alteration, repair, renovation, and minor construction projects at various federal and military installations. The government plans to award contracts to all offerors that meet the Minimum Technical Threshold Rating under the Highest Technically Rated Offerors (HTRO) evaluation method. The draft RFP documents are being released to provide potential offerors insight into the acquisition strategy and obtain feedback prior to issuing the final RFP, anticipated on or about October 24, 2024. Prospective offerors are invited to submit comments and questions on the draft documents by August 21, 2024, and attend an Industry Day event focused on the HTRO evaluation criteria.
