Dear Prospective Offeror:

RE: Solicitation Number 191S7025R0001

Cellular Telecommunication Services for the US Embassy Jerusalem

The Embassy of the United States of America, Jerusalem, Israel, invites you to submit a proposal for Cellular Telecommunication Services for the US Embassy Jerusalem.

FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial

Services, applies to this acquisition. The following FAR clauses in paragraph (b) of FAR 52.212-

5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -

Commercial Products and Commercial Services:

All offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and

Certifications -Commercial Products and Commercial Services with their offer. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered.

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. The pre-proposal conference will take place on April 7thth, 2025, at 10:30AM

(local Israel time) at the US Embassy, Embassy Branch Office Annex Building located at 11

Galgalai Haplada St., Entrance B, 3rd Floor, Herzelia Pituach, Israel. If your company is interested in attending the conference, you must submit an email with the names and ID numbers to BeneliRR@state.gov by April 2nd, 2025, 14:00.

Submit your price and technical proposals electronically to telavivgsoprocurementteam@state.gov on or before April 28th, 2025, at 14:00AM (local Israel time), using “Solicitation # 191S7025R0001 Cellular Telecommunication Services” as the subject line. No proposals will be accepted after this time and date.

It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word

2007/2021 or MS-Excel 2007/2024 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
