About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the FDIC's Enterprise Documentum Software Maintenance solicitation (CORHQ-25-Q-0081). The document contains a single question from a potential vendor asking if the FDIC is open to alternative solutions with FedRAMP High Authorization that could potentially meet their document management needs at a lower total cost of ownership. The FDIC's response is direct and unambiguous: "At this time, FDIC is not open to other solutions for this requirement."
The Q&A file indicates that the FDIC is specifically seeking to renew maintenance on their current Enterprise Documentum software licenses, and they are not considering alternative solutions at this time. Key dates for the solicitation include a question submission deadline of May 9, 2025 at Noon EST, and an offer/quote submission deadline of May 30, 2025 at Noon EST, with offers received after these dates not being considered.

Questions FDIC's Response
In light of the FDIC’s mandates around cost optimization and security, is the FDIC open to responses for other solutions that are already widely adopted across the federal government with FedRAMP High Authorization — that can meet or exceed the FDIC’s document management needs at a lower total cost of ownership, with greater agility?
At this time, FDIC is not open to other solutions for this requirement.
