Award of TO1 will not preclude a vendor from bidding on additional product management or platform services task orders. The OCI language is in reference to awards for tasks orders whose functional area is identified as advisory.

However, when triage is required to address questions or incidents that are identified, other contractors may be engaged to assist. In addition, as part of the path to production, configurations and code should be expected to be reviewed for alignment with known best practices. In the event that material information is uncovered as part of these reviews, that information will be shared with all appropriate contractors and FDIC staff.

Q. Will the FDIC place the third party under an obligation of confidentiality with regard to vendor information? | The FDIC is subject to a number of different confidentiality restrictions, including but not limited to the Trade Secrets Act, and the FDIC will adhere to all of its statutory and regulatory requirements with regards to contractors' proprietary information.
