About this file
This is a crosswalk form (DGS-30-172 CO-16) designed to document firm representative projects and key personnel experience for a construction contract opportunity with Radford University in Virginia. The form requires bidders to list a maximum of three representative projects that demonstrate relevant qualifications for electrical utility infrastructure work. For each project, firms must provide comprehensive data including the project name, location, function, the firm's role in delivery, project delivery method, pre-construction services provided (for Construction Management at Risk delivery), project size in square footage and parking spaces, similarities to the Radford University campus electrical upgrade project, construction schedule status with completion dates and variance analysis, contract value data including original and final amounts with change order growth, and documentation of non-owner requested change orders and disputes. The form specifically requires identification of key personnel who participated in the representative projects, including at minimum the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Preconstruction Services Manager for CM@Risk projects, along with their roles and duration of participation on each referenced project.
The document serves as a standardized evaluation tool to crosswalk key personnel experience across the firm's representative projects and the proposed Radford University electrical utility infrastructure upgrade. Radford University seeks Class A General Contractor-licensed electrical utility contractors capable of self-performing the majority of the electrical project scope without significant subcontracting of core competencies. The crosswalk format allows evaluators to verify that proposed key personnel have directly participated in similar past projects of comparable scope and complexity, establishing a clear connection between firm experience and project team capability for the medium voltage power delivery system upgrades on the Radford University campus in Radford, Virginia.
