About this file

The document is a Department of Transportation Contractor's Release Form (DOT F 4220.4), which is a standard legal document used to formally release the government from further contractual liabilities after a project's completion. The form allows a contractor to acknowledge receipt of payment and discharge the government from most future claims, with specific exceptions noted for patent-related matters, unknown third-party claims, and other specified reservations.

The related federal contract opportunity is a competitive solicitation (6973GH-25-R-00157) issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for repairing a parking lot and installing a drainage pipe system at the Fort Smith Regional Airport Air Traffic Control Tower in Arkansas. The project is valued between $150,000 and $250,000, is 100% set aside for small businesses, and will be awarded as a firm fixed-price contract. Key dates include a mandatory site visit on May 22, 2025, questions due by May 23, 2025, and proposal submissions due by June 9, 2025 at 4:00 PM Central Time. Offerors must submit a completed SIR document, Organizational Experience Questionnaire, and fully executed SF-24 Bid Bond to be eligible for award.
