About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) sheet for Solicitation Number 6973GH-25-R-00157 for the FSM Parking Lot project. The Q&A addresses seven key questions from potential contractors, covering topics such as project scheduling, testing protocols, weather-related performance extensions, NAICS codes, and past performance requirements. Notable responses include: the period of performance is firm and will only be extended under severe adverse conditions, no specific testing protocols are required beyond FAA on-site representative inspections, either NAICS code 236220 or 238990 is acceptable, and past performance must demonstrate at least two projects within the last three years. The Q&A provides clarification on project expectations and requirements, helping potential bidders understand the scope and constraints of the federal contract opportunity for repairing a parking lot and installing a drainage pipe system at the Fort Smith Regional Airport.

Q1. During the site visit, it was noted that phases 1, 2, and 3 are scheduled to be completed over the weekend. Considering the drying and curing times required for these phases, is it possible to extend the blockage of these areas if additional time is necessary?
