About this file

The document is a Contractor Survey Sheet and Request for Information (RFI) from the Department of State Office of Acquisition Management for Diplomatic Courier Support Services (DCSS). The RFI seeks market research and planning information from potential vendors capable of providing support services for the Diplomatic Security Branch, including policy implementation, program execution, human resources, technical security, and administrative management.

The RFI requires interested vendors to submit a detailed capability statement by June 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST, including company information, DUNS and CAGE codes, place of performance, point of contact, business size, staff composition, previous project experience, GSA schedules, candidate matching approach, onboarding processes, pricing models, key performance indicators, and comments on the draft Statement of Work. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov, and the government emphasizes that this RFI is for planning purposes only and does not commit to issuing a solicitation or awarding a contract.
