About this file
This is a Contractor Request for Proposal (RFP) Submittal Sheet from Pinellas County for aquatic vegetation removal services. The document requires potential contractors to provide detailed information about their firm's capabilities, including project team members, project manager resume, equipment list, staff availability, and past project experience. The RFP specifically solicits information on up to five previous projects involving aquatic vegetation removal, with details such as project names, completion dates, and total acres of vegetation removed.
The pricing section requires contractors to submit per-acre costs for aquatic plant removal, disposal on county-owned adjacent sites, and mileage for off-site disposal. Mobilization and demobilization costs are to be defined during work order scoping and are limited to 5% of the total work order cost. The document also indicates that Pinellas County Purchasing will complete sections related to volume of work previously awarded, minority business status, and location. Contractors must also provide a complete Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Status Form with their proposal submission.
