About this file
This is a Contractor Pricing Schedule attachment for an Informal Invitation for Bids issued by the Marin Housing Authority (MHA) in California for On-Call Residential Unit Cleaning Services under IFB No. 2026-002. The solicitation seeks qualified contractors to provide cleaning services on an as-needed basis for MHA-owned and managed residential properties to support move-outs, maintenance activities, water intrusion events, pest treatments, and emergency situations. Services will be performed at occupied and vacant dwelling units across various MHA properties. The contract will be structured as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement with an initial one-year term and one optional one-year renewal period for a potential two-year total. Work will be authorized through individual Purchase Orders issued on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum work volume.
Contractors must submit firm, fixed unit pricing for seven service categories: studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom unit cleaning on a per-unit basis; heavy cleaning at an additional per-unit rate when authorized by MHA; and routine and emergency after-hours labor at hourly rates when specifically authorized. All pricing must include labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment, overhead, and profit, with no separate charges permitted for travel, fuel, mobilization, administrative fees, or disposal unless specifically authorized in writing by MHA. The cumulative Not-to-Exceed aggregate value across all awarded contracts is $245,000.00. Pricing shall remain firm for the initial one-year contract term unless modified through a formal contract amendment executed by both parties.
