Per Maine statute 9-A MRSA 8-303(2), sellers are prohibited from imposing surcharges on credit or debit card purchases. The MMA may provide a preliminary shipment schedule representing its best estimate of needs; however, actual delivery orders may vary based on operational requirements at the time orders are placed.
