Room characteristics are consistent across locations: drywall walls, 2x2 grid ceilings, and no floor cabling. The current setup includes HDMI, audio, and serial ports with access to pass cables. The preference is to use ceiling cable paths via J hooks and cable trays to avoid floor cables for safety reasons. No specific preference is noted for USB-C or HDMI Cisco cables for presentation connections. Each room contains conference tables, chairs, displays, and computer equipment, with the Urgent Care room featuring a unique yellow and purple color scheme and a "Thank You" wall decoration.
