About this file
The document is a job aid that provides instructions for vendors on how to withdraw, reopen, and resubmit a quote in the COMMBUYS procurement system used by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It covers the steps required to locate, access, modify, and resubmit a quote, including withdrawing a quote, making necessary changes, and then resubmitting it. The job aid is designed to assist vendors in addressing situations where they may need to update a previously submitted quote, such as correcting a mistake or including additional information.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) to establish a list of pre-qualified environmental consulting firms to provide technical services related to the implementation of its Nonpoint Source Management Program. The contract will provide MassDEP's Watershed Planning Program with access to firms specialized in nonpoint source pollution prevention, remediation, and related watershed planning services. The contract is open to firms located in the state of Massachusetts.
