The contract involves comprehensive painting of interior surfaces within a multi-story atrium, including architectural wall sections, door and window frames, stair assemblies, and various attached items like signage, corner guards, and vinyl cove base. The government will pre-remove specific items such as portraits, heritage items, televisions, and LED signage prior to work commencement.

The project is scheduled for contract award before 30 September 2025, with a 180-day performance period. Contractors must have U.S. citizenship, pass a Security Forces criminal background check, and possess a current REAL Driver's License. The painting scope includes replacing the existing brown/orange accent wall with a deep blue hue, changing the stair assembly to a dark shade (possibly black), and applying a neutral tone to other light-colored surfaces. Contractors will be responsible for removing, protecting, and reinstalling various wall-mounted items, with specific painting boundaries clearly defined in the provided documentation.
