The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) Office of Scientific Computing is seeking a continuing license and subscription to the Globus Data Transfer System, specifically Globus Standard Subscription and Connector Open Access (Standard Level). The platform is fully integrated into existing NIEHS research workflows and supports access to previously generated scientific data, with capabilities unavailable through alternative commercial software solutions without significant disruption to ongoing research activities. This is a full and open competition with a brand name specification. All questions must be submitted via email to Kenneth.Moris@hhs.gov by October 26, 2026 at 2:30 PM EDT, referencing "Globus Data Transfer System – RFQ 7571TE27Q00015" in the subject line. Quotations must be received electronically by the same date and time. Complete requirements, evaluation criteria, and applicable terms and conditions are contained in attached solicitation documents.
