About this file
This is a technical specification document for Cole M. Rivers Fish Hatchery detailing requirements for two electric golf carts to be delivered to their facility in Trail, Oregon by March 6th, 2025. The specifications call for basic utility-style golf carts with bench seats, windshields, roofs, and minimalist cargo beds, but without doors. The carts must feature 36-48V rechargeable lead acid batteries (though alternatives are acceptable if chargers are provided), 2-wheel drive, and standard golf cart tires on 8-10 inch wheels, with 10-inch wheels preferred. A backup alarm is listed as a preferred safety feature.
The document does not include any pricing terms, set-asides, information about incumbents, funding requirements, or current contract details. The only environmental context provided is that the specified battery type would match their current fleet, suggesting the facility already operates similar vehicles.

Cole M. Rivers Fish Hatchery – Electric Golf Cart Specifications Delivery Location: 200 Cole M. Rivers Drive Trail, OR 97541 Deliver on or before: Thursday, March 6th, 2025 Warranty: Standard Quantity needed: 2 Electric Golf carts Tech. Specs.: Bench seat, windshield and roof. No doors. Cargo bed (minimalist). Standard/base model without upgrades or add-ons. If additional features are included in the standard or base model, please include details in the bid.
Engine/ Powertrain: 36-48V rechargeable lead acid battery. This battery type is not required, however, if the battery is not 36V rechargeable lead acid, it will not match our current fleet, and a charger will need to be provided. 2-wheel drive. We are not looking for anything other than a basic utility- style golf cart with a low top speed.
Safety: Backup alarm is preferred or can be added.
Tires: Our current fleet runs standard golf cart type tires on 8’’-10” wheels. Anywhere in that range is fine ( prefer the 10” wheels for ease of tire change).
